For this challenge set by Elizabeth I really had to think about what I was going to use as the base, so I trawled through my mega collection of dies and settled on this Spellbinder die, as it gives you the ends and a focal point. I stamped the inkadinkadoo playing card inchies in red versafine, but prestamped so they were shadow stamped on the tag. I stencilled the tumbled glass distress ink through the die, and finally stamped Alice from Oxford Impressions in Deep Lagoon Versafine.

Cards Made for Mel
This first card was made using Forever Friends Decoupage, Spellbinder and Crafts Too dies for Mel to give her husband for Valentine's day, the brief was Mushy-ish.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
The second card is using a combination of Spellbinders and Tonic dies. It's for their wedding anniversary

Dragon's Dream TIO - DT Piece G + Birds
Over on Dragon's Team Tag It On this fortnight it's Gabrielle's turn to set the theme and she's given us hte recipe of "G and Birds".
For this tag I made a slimline tag out of the cut off strip of the background I''d created with Pan Pastels as it was too good to waste. I used a Clarity Stamp "Naked Tree" stamped in Vintage Sepia Versafine and the words are from a gardening set of rub ons. The Bird is a wooden embellishment that I firstly covered (the bird body) in versamark and embossed three or four layers of Cosmic Shimmer Arctic Lake, then did the twig in Stampendous Detail Copper, and finally the leaves in Cosmic Shimmer Tropic Moss Blaze.

Emergency Crafters 999 DT Piece - Pink/Red
This wasn't going to be the card I was using for this DT piece, but my original one went off on such a tangent, it no longer met the theme!
I used a 6X6 Card Blank and Free Backing Paper and Image from Making Cards Magazine, I added some red Bazzill card that I edged with a Martha Stewart Punch, I cut the swirls from black cardstock with Crafts Too dies and added the roses.

Christmas Fun DT Piece - Cute Characters
I used a 6X6 square card blank as I wanted the card to be a simple clean card. I used the Hobby House image and all I changed was I inked the edges with Crushed Olive Distress Ink to make it pop a bit more, I used Spellbinders Build a flake 5 for the snowflake cluster cut from a silvery blue cardstock, and added a Hunky Dory Sentiment.

Altered Eclectics DT Piece - A little bird told me
I treated myself to this extremely expensive (99p) mini birdhouse from The Works whilst I was away in the Lakes recently, I based it with Mud Splat Fresco Finish Paint and dry brushed Nougat over the whole thing to "weather" it and highlighted the edges with Treasure Gold Renaissance. Then I set to work on all the wooden embellishments bought at various times so I've no idea what came from where (in fact I think hubby got me some for filler birthday and Christmas gifts over the years).
I died the winged clock with Pumpkin Soup Fresco Finish as this is a Translucent paint so none of the detail was lost, I then embossed it with clear powder. I used Chocolate pudding on the Home and the big bird, I then used Crackle Glaze and Stone on the Home (the crackle is quite small but it's there) and Treasure Gold Renaissance on teh big bird.
The swirl and the little bird on a twig I embossed, the swirl in Stampendous Detail Copper and the bird in Debbi Moore Metal Magic Blue Vein (not much of the blue showed up tho).
