Life in a Snapshot, Sketch Challenge - October DT Piece

Hi Everyone

I have an exciting piece of news for you, not only am I back and blogging I am on a new Challenge DT.

For my piece I used a combination of Fresco Finish Paints and Clarity stamps and Stencils that had been used to make various Gelli Plate (now Gel Press) prints - the leftovers I'm not ashamed to say!

I also used Tim Holtz stencil (chevron) Hunky dory toppers and Stazon ink.  I employed my fancy edge scissors too, which I haven't done for a very long time.

Foil Play - First DT Piece

At last, I am pleased to announce that I am a Guest Designer for Foil Play.  This company supply high quality foils for use in cardmaking and crafting.

I was offered the position directly before I underwent my investigations and treatment for High Blood Pressure, the first lot of treatment made me very unwell for over two weeks and it has taken me some time to regain my crafty mojo.  I have to thank Gill James and the other DT members for their patience, but at last here is my first DT piece.

I used Lellibot Crafts 6x6 Gothic Card kit available from Foil Play, Some HunkyDory black foiled miri card a Swirl Die cut out of double sided adhesive sheet from stash and silver foil also from Foil Play.

Emergency Crafters DT Piece - Polkadot

For this month's challenge I have used a Polkadot C5 card blank from Kan Ban.  I used a strip of matching ribbon from Dovecraft and a Topper and Sentiment from Hunky Dory.

Emergency Crafters DT Piece - Flowers (or as Nancy Watt would say Flahhhhhrs)

For this card I simply went with Vintage Lace Collection From Hunky Dory and added to it by using my Grand Scalloped Oval Spellbinders and a Darice Embossing folder call Regal Flourish on a co-ordinating card colour.
