Inspired by Liz borer

Liz has been showing us some techniques on PaperArtsy blog this week and here is my take on the "painting with Grunge paste"

I got a size 7 tag and coated it with Egg Plant FF then overlaid this with Haystack, then I painted (I used the handle of the paint brush like a pencil to be honest) the words Trick and Treat in GP.  I then covered the words in Baltic Blue, then over brushed the whole tag with  Pumpkin Soup, followed by Blood Orange and finally Limelight.  I then created a border with TG Royal Amethyst and stamped the sentiment from HPHW01

I am entering this into Dream Valley - Halloween
My Bestes Norge - Halloween
One Stitch at a Time - Boo
The Craft Place - Halloween

great idea to use the brush handle. I didn't try this but maybe I should give it a go. Cocktail sticks might be good as well.........

What an eerie (in the Halloween sense) tag Jacqui. I love the texture of your "Trick/Treat" text - it's dripping in the evilness of Halloween. Good luck in our challenge this week. Ingrid xx (OSAAT Team)
