As many of you who know me know, I love Steam Punk and have recently started buying a range of stamps from Viva Las Vegas Stamps, I also have a large collection of other stampunk stamps from Dark Room Door, Paper Artsy, Inkadinkadoo (fab name for a supplier), Ecogreen and many many more, I think it's only Paper Artsy that I didn't use here amongst those mentioned.
I used Pan pastels for the background base and then used Peacock Green mica mist, I used a Dovecraft alphabet to re highlight the word, and then went to town on stamping using a combination of Inakadinkadoo, Dark Room Door, Ecogreen and Viva Las Vegas stamps.

Wow, love your Mechanical page! Great images! Have considered using Machine, and would have probably made something quite similar to your page, but mine turned out totally different using Mad as word LOL! Hugs Frea
